Constant neck ache
I've been experiencing neck ache that worsen over the years. It started around 3 years back. It has gotten worse and it is almost constantly there nowadays. I feel nauseous sometimes and is sometimes accompanied by headache as well. What can I do to make it go away?

You should do neck exercises that may help you to get rid of it.Do neck isometrics,gentle neck stretching exercises,neck rotation exercises,self massage to the back of the neck.Apply warm hot fomentation.
