Suffering from back pain from last four months now feeling problem in knee and neck joints but that is very slight. Any tablet or medicine for chronic back pain due to repetive weight lifting in gym.? I have used
vitamin d, collegen, NSAIDs, diclofenec Sodium etc. Anything to add or leave in daily food, any exercise? Pain is severe in the morning after i wake up. Is there any problem with internal body heat energy because pain vanishes when I play cricket and get sweaty?
