Constant lower Abdominal pain
I am having pain in my lower abdomen since 6 days.. it is mostly mild n constant but becomes severe at times.. but m relieved by taking pantocid tablet n passing gas or stool. Also I had unsafe sex on 15/3 n took urine pregnancy test on 28/3 which was negative. I would like to inform that I took clr 72 on 20/2 n got my periods on 17/3.. is it pregnancy or side effect of pill or some digestion problem.. could u plz help n guide me what could be the cause of pain n how can I get rid of this pain??

Please It is not due to pregnancy Take Cap wokride D 1 on empty stomach Sy mucaine 2 tsf three times a day All for 7 days Later on... TAKE Ashokarishta 20 ml Twice a day for 6 weeks You will be ok
