CONSTANT ITCHY RASHES ON MY BODY

I've been suffering from this itchy rashes for a long time ..the rashes mainly r on my legs hands and on penis head, scrotum(small red blisters comes and goes)..I have consulted a doctor and he prescribed me Allegra 180mg , Attarax ,and for 7 days Flucose .It will be very helpful if I get some answers. I have allergy and acute Bronchitis (now fine) and i smoke and drink sometimes .And mainly the itching starts at night when i go to bed and in morning when i wake up
