Constant itching

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had chicken pox which I treated but after a while I started itching again and little bumps like eczema or shingles started appearing especially in my armpit. Whenever I don't bath at night,the itching becomes even worst while am at sleep. I don't understand what's going on,could it be because I continued using the towel I was using when I had chicken pox without washing it?
