Hello You seem to be going through a lot. May I please request you to please visit a psychiatrist for your palpitations and heaviness. The medication will help. Also please speak to a psychological counselor to ascertain why you are getting these symptoms.. seems like there are certain worries in your mind that needs to be sorted out. Life is too beautiful hence Please do mention about your thoughts of ending life to the counsellor and psychiatrist. Hope you have shared your feelings with some one trusted. Hope you feel better soon.
