Constant headache if I think about anyth
If I try to think about anything I think about lot of stuff and get scared of the consequences, my heart starts beating fast I get sweaty hand, sever headache, lack of sleep. I don't understand why it is happening.

Too much thinking causes stress and pressure on ur mind.It causes headache. It is a repetitive cycle stress and tension go on and on. Take medicine ,i suggest consult homoeopathic doctor for ur Problems. I also suggest to consult psychologist ,to learn how to deal stressful situations in life. U can avail both online or offline.

Consult psychiatrist near by you. Your having anxiety symptoms .first watch Ur breathing when u inhale what's the movement and exhale what's the movement make breath slow close Ur eyes relax for 15 min three times daily  anxiety symptoms will reduce but consult psychiatrist for underlying cause for anxiety
