Usually we cry when, what other people say, affects us. It affects us because we feel lack of self confidence and anger. We start to believe that whatever they have said must be true and we demean ourselves.
Once you take care of that you will feel the less need to cry or think about it and you will be relieved from your head pains.

It's good that you have recognised the cause that you think about what people say and that to be the causal factor of your distress and headache. I would suggest that you look into why you give so much importance to what people say. It would be good if you seek help of a psychologist to understand what is upsetting you.
