Hi, Headache is a very distressing condition. Since, you are having it constantly for last two days, the first step is to take a NSAID like naproxen in order to terminate the headache. Thereafter, complete evaluataion of headache would be warranted which would include looking into other symptoms associated, blood pressure monitoring, visual acuity test, etc. I would suggest you meet a psychiatrist nearby to undergo complete evaluation.
Next Steps
Take a NSAID and thereafter undergo complete evaluation for headache.
