Constant Headache

Good Afternoon.
I am from Bangalore. I am 32 years old, I am suffering from headache from past 25 years. I have consulted many doctors from NIMHANS, St. Jhons for many years but no use. Headache will be continuous for the full day, even I get up in the mid night.
Some times there will be some gap. Some time in my childhood, unknowingly I consumed menthol pain balm. When ever i get headache or frustrated I started eating menthol pain balm from past 18 years. What happens to me
