Constant headache
Doctor I am having headaches today morning and checked my BP is 140/90 ?? Is it dangerous ???What should I do ??

BP of 140/90 is normal. Calm down. Headache can be because of many reasons
Next Steps
Make sure you drink plenty of water. Check if your sleep routine is adequate (preferably minimum of 6hrs/day). Quit sleeping late at night
