  4. Constant headache and low fever. I do?

Constant headache and low fever
I have a severe headache , neck pain and low fever of 99°F from 1 week. I have taken medicines also but the fever is constant at 99. Color of nasal discharge is also dark yellow. DId i have any serious problem. What should I do?
