Hi,
I facing a problem with my hair. It's constantly falling down day by day. I want to stop it, as well as o want to recover that too. I need your valuable suggestion. Will you please help me, and let me know what are things i should do/follow to stop that problem. And also i want to know, how i can recover that proble by next 1 year. I am looking forward for your suggestion....

Hello..
Well the amount of hair fall which you are mentioning is very minimal...I don't think you have to worry about it...well thinned out hairs may be genetic or due to changes in weather,water food intake as in protein insufficiency,calcium deficiency, anaemia etc... I need to examine you for that...its better you consult a dermatologist... Make sure to have protein rich diet..have good green leafy vegetables, dry fruits etc..drink plenty of water too
