Constant fever from last 24 hrs
My child if 3yrs7 months is having Fever from 24 hrs throat infection some red spots is seen n was complaining about body ache and 1 side nose is blocked

Most fevers are viral in origin and take 3-7 days to subside completely.
Just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required,and steam inhalations for cold and cough and sore throat.
Hot fluids like soup will help.
