If watching the sun causes watering in your eyes,  Please understand that it is absolutely normal. It shall happen with anyone and everyone. You can prevent it by using sunglasses. On the other hand if watering occurs without looking at sun, and in bright environments, it maybe a sign of some cprneal problem.
Next Steps
Avoid direct sun light exposure. If problem persists, consult your ophthalmologist
Health Tips
Use sunglasses during daytime.
