Constant eye blinking and dry eyes
My eyes were dry and it started blinking so much. As their was no water in the eyes what I need to do?

You seem to have dry eye syndrome. You need to be examined by a cornea specialist to see which type of dry eye you have as  treatment is different for each type. For the time being you can start artificial tear drops which are available over the counter.
