Hello doctor,
I am attaching my child's prescription. She has +5 sph and -1 cyl in the right eye and +4 sph in the left eye. Her right eye is turning inward slightly. Is at this age sph powers normal?

power less than +2D sphere can be observed in esotropic kid
Without esotropia ,this power need no treatment in infants
