Left eye esotropia...
Dear doctor ,since 3 months my daughter is suffering intermittent squint left eye, as per doctor prescription started to using glasses from two months ,last twenty days she is started use both eyes alternatively if she is looking left then tilting right vice verse...(left and right eye power is plus one )...please suggest what is its indication going to improving or not...

Constant use of glasses is must. Squint evaluation has to be done

Hello She has intermittent exotropia. A. She should wear glasses as advised B. Get her squint evaluation done. C. Exercises help in some patients D. Surgery is advised if there is manifest exotropia. Having said that ,kindly share photos of her eyes

You need to attend your follow ups regularly as mentioned by your concerned doctor. Do not miss them . We get your concern , always keep all the medical records intact .Squint case need to be assessed in person , then only we can tell. And actually all the cases not only eye ,all other branches cases , patients are to be seen in person then only a doctor can come to conclusion. Because it’s a emergency lockdown , whatever help can be provided all the doctors are doing their best via digital media
