Eye flickering since last 3-4 months
My left eye is flickers since last 3-4 months, I have about 12 hours or more screen exposure. Sometimes I can see a black dot in front of the left eye. Why is that?

Flickering of ur eye may be due to over stress, take sound sleep atleast 6 hrs every night, reduce the brightness of ur computer. U can take mild tranquilizer at bed time. Black spots in front of eyes may be due to virtuous floaters, try to avoid to see them, they will not harm ur vision.

Eyes flickering is usually due to mental stress or nutritional deficiency or sleeplessness or dryness. Since you are a regular computer user hence its dryness  due to computer vision syndrome please use lubricant eye drops e.g. teardrop 2to3 times daily and rub ocupol d's eye oint twice daily on lids .
