I've been having left ear fluid with no pain for some days. And I ask a doctor and use otec AC and after that constant pain starts

As per your description you might have chronic otitis media with perforation in the ear drum..in some patients ear drops may irritate the middle ear mucosa.. especially which contains acetic acid..
