Dear Doc,
I have constant dull pain in my teeths and slightly dull pain in upper inside gums. I feel dull pain when chew or i feels like somethng move inside my teeth. I am from a small town and doctors couldnt identify my problem, kindly guide and advise me

dull pain can be due to various reasons like pulp disease, gum disease, jaw bone disorders etc which is very difficult to diagnose here. please visit a dentist and get a full mouth opg xray done for proper diagnosis.
