Constant Coughing with lots of spitting

For the past week I have been having bouts of fever mixed with cold & cough. Fever & Cold are now under control but constant coughing with lots of spitting and burning in the chest while coughing

Hi I think you have a lower respiratory tract infection and this is causing constant cough.
