Possibly you can have a coronary blockage. It will be helpful to get a ECG done. Pain can be due to various reasons. You may have pain due to trauma. Do you get any burning sensation in your chest? Do you smoke? Try quiting. If problem continues take tab. Zerodol-SP 1 tab S.O.S and tab Monta-air 1 tab once everyday at night for 1 week
