Pain that starts in the lower back or one side of the hip and radiates to the buttock and leg tingling in the leg , weakness , numbness or diffcultiy moving the foot or leg , difficulty moving and staring caused by stabbing pain sensation

Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch. Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall.

It could be a LBA arising out of disc bulge or some other mechanical cause plz visit some local facility to get assessed and avoid seating for more than 45 mins in a single stretch. Needs proper assessment and management.

It might be low back pain with prolapse disc as it is radiating in hip, get an MRI done, take rest, apply ice packs on pain region and use LS Belt... get it assessed immediately from an Orthopedic surgeon

Hello. You need orthopaedic assessment and possibly an MR scan to look for nerve root impingement in back. You will also need physiotherapy and need to be diligent with exercises on a long term basis. Dr M Vashishtha FRCS, dr-MV.com
