Constant backpains - 21 weeks pregnant

I am 21 weeks pregnant. From 1 week I am feeling backpain.I want to take medication from well experienced Dr.I discussed with my doctor where I am taking treatment right now.She said its normal if you feel pain more then come at hospital.i felt their way of treating is something like ignorant.i need second opinion .from yesterday feeling more pains
