Constant back ache near left shoulder

Asked for Male, 33 Years

Since one month i am having severe pain on left back from left shoulder Right side is ok and no pain Cuŕrently i am having Movexx MR and Supan D tablets and applying Relaxyl ointment however the pain is still there Pain is really unbearable on left side shoulder and ledt back
