Chronic headache it is. Try to find out any triggering factor like hunger, sleep deprivation that cause it. Have a proper 8 hours sleep at night. Maintain adequate hydration. Yoga sessions for headaches can be great help. Tab Paracetamol 650mg three times a day for 5 days can be taken. Persistence of pain will require a pain physician consultation.
When did you last get your eye sight checked. If it's more than six months, go and get it checked once. Also, it can be a symptom of dehydration. Keep yourself hydrated.
