I am a 20 years old boy. I am feeling physical symptoms from last 8 months like
1 a tight band wrapped around my head anytime
2 tightness little pain in the neck
3 rigging ears
4 dizziness, nausea, dizziness while studying and concentrating
5 red eyes
6 upset stomach sudden chills ,sweating
7 mild headache ,heavy head
8 dry mouth
I have done MRI brain in January 2018 report was normal
Whats the reason of my symptoms
Please explain all the symptoms reasons
And reason of dizziness while studying or meditating

Hello, if your MRI is normal, then that’s a big thing out of the way.
Stress and anxiety can cause havoc with our mind-body. At times, we experience significant physical problems for which there are no medical cause, but the pain or discomfort is real.
Next Steps
Treatment is available in form of medicine (for which you would need to visit a psychiatrist) and cognitive behaviour therapy (which a clinical psychologist would be able to help with). But do seek help early as this won’t go away on its own

I know this question very well...it has been asked 4 times in last 2 months in this plat form...
Sir to be very honest....This illness Anxiety / Anxiety disorder....is not going to leave you so soon...
You should consider a real consultation.
Join for CBT...
How many times , we will answer it ...
Again it will come back ....Hope it will not reach into a obsession.
