3 year old child having symptoms of asd.

Which vitamin or nutrient deficiency cause symptoms of asd like asperger syndrome in 3 year old baby. My baby has such symptoms . Because he didn't respond when called by name. Hearing is sound good. He can  listen even sound of a dog which is far way from home. And can see small insect from far like small spider on wall. He learn things well and even recite a poem like twinkle twinkle by own. But whenever some one ask, he ignore deliberately and smile like he is teasing us. Mind is very Sharp. But never tells when he pass urine. He Tell us for potty but not for urine and wet clothes He doesn't respond to his name. He doesn't listen most time when  we say to stop that work. He does more and more and smile to us. If I say basically I also have such problem to interact with relatives feel hesitate. Also on stage . I prefer to leave that place . This might have been passed to my son.what nutrient deficiency show these disaorder. his mother had low vitamin d during pregnancy .
