Hi,
I have been having congested nose on and off. Earlier I use to have it to when I woke up in the morning but then it will fades away when I am out of house. Now due to covid I am not able to step out of the house and the congestion remains. Also, these days I feel as if my nose is congested and I am unable to breathe, though I do not have fever or running nose. I keep checking my breathing. If my mind is distracted I feel fine.. The moment I think if m breathing is OK I start feeling there is something wrong. Is it allergy, anxiety or sinus. Please help

As your history suggested you are suffering from nasa allergy with anxiety in covid pandemic and as no other symptoms try some steam inhalation and mass decongestant.
And consider online chat for further elaboration of history and treatment options.
Do you have sneezing and running nose?
Nasal congestion may be because of Deviated nasal septum with hypertrophy of turbinates.
Breathing problem may be because of nasal blockade and anxiety too.
Take Steam inhalation 4-5 times daily.
Also take
Tab Wikoryl twice daily for 5 days
Otrivin nasal spray , whenever your nose is blocked then use then only.
nasal blockade can be bcos of allergic rhinitis or sinus problem.
try having steam inahalation.
can use a nasal spray..saline based e.g.nasoclear for the same.
consult a pulmonologist if problem persist.
