Congested nose for months
I experienced hay fever during spring/summer and my congested nose hasn't cleared up. it feels like there is mucus STUCK in my nose as I'm capable of blowing, but nothing comes out. some days it feels clearer than others

You seem to be suffering from allergic rhinitis which requires long term treatment with anti Histamine medicines and steroid nasal sprays for few months. Since your allergy seems to be seasonal shorter course also may be sufficient
