Confusion with the method of treatment
I have endometriosis ovarian cyst again after 5 years of laparoscopic surgery for the same issue.Now is cyst is 11mm in size. I want to reduce the in a natural method rather than going in for surgery again. Is Ayurvedic treatment better than homeopathic treatment? Or can both be taken together?

Ayurvedic treatment is good.. few dietary restrictions to avoid few things in diet like curds, chillies, brinjal, carrot..
