Sometime iam confused...about the thing iam pretty sure about...i hv anxiety and i react to situations with anger..iam not able to concentrate on my studies...when i try to study my mind diverts to other things

Prioritize your stressors, actions, relationships etc and then work accordingly..having too much stress about everything doesn't help..be in touch with your parents and siblings.. Exercise regular meals and sleep well will help for sure.. Consult a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case
