Confused implantation bleeding

Asked for Female, 19 Years

She's having her period since 15th and we had protected sex on 9th. She's having very low bleeding since 4 days, with string like clots. Does implantation bleeding has clots, or it is her normal menstruation? Don't want to do pregnancy test right now.
