Confused between cold/flu/covid
Hello Doctor I am fully vaccinated. And from yesterday am feeling cold and light fever(98.6) and sore throat but no cough. My place weather changed and raining from couple of days. Weather is chilly. I am taking allergy tablets (bilagra 20mg)my cold is Ok. But feeling hot but not much. Little bit chilly also. I am confused now what to do. Could you please suggest.
