Confirmation for pregnancy. Fertilised?

My lmp was 2nd October.. After follicular study egg 20×20mm on 17th October HCG 5000shot given on the same day and finally  19th October scan doctor told me that egg was ruptured I was on regular contact with husband as per doctor advised After missed periods of 2days .november 4th,I did beta HCG was negative ?? It's been already 15days after ovulation when I was tested for bhcg it shows negative ,bhcg it accurate right ?? What happened to my egg? Why it's not fertilised even after its rupture and on regular contact with my husband ??my husband sperm test was normal ..I didn't get my periods yet ..tell me mam I m grenant or not ..any chance for still pregnant ,y  bhcg test  was -ve What happened to my egg ??
