Hi You can get your husbands seman analysed .If normal consult an infertility specialist and she will get your hormones assayed on day 2 of your periods. Accordingly medicines may be given to induce ovulation (to make more eggs in single cycle ). A regular follow up with ultrasound scan will be done by doctor. So instead of wasting time on taking different modes of treatment consult an infertility specialist. i hope you are convinced.

For conceiving , ovulation induction drugs are given first. Not responding then gonadotrophins, However, gonadotrophins are more likely to overstimulate your ovariesand cause you to have a multiple pregnancy.If you are obese or resistant to clomifene, the diabetes drug metformin may help. It increases your body's sensitivity to insulin so your insulin and your testosterone levels fall. This helps your body to ovulate normally.  Surgery on your ovaries. A technique called laparoscopic ovarian drilling (LOD) can help some women to conceive if clomifene hasn't worked for them. LOD is an effective, lower risk alternative to gonadotrophins....
