Complex ovarian cyst
In my USG I have been detected with 8x5x6 cm complex ovarian cyst in left ovary and 2x2 cm simple cyst in right ovary on 15 Feb.
In the follow up test i had cea test value of 35 and ca 19.9 as 48 on 16 Feb.
After thre days the cea value was 2 and ca 19.9 as 75 on 19 Feb.
And afp value is approx 1 on 19 Feb.
Can anyone please suggest what should be done as test values varied drastically within three days
