My father done with an CT scan for kidney Impression : large heterogeneously dense cysctic lession in upper pole region with thick enhancing wall septea with calcification along wall and septea,few soft tissues enhancing eccentric soft tissue dense mural nodule.The lession seen displacing left kidney postero inferiority .The lession seen displacing SMA anteriority and Left MRA and MRV antero infireority and to right.largest nodule measuring(-5.9*2.0cms) cystic size(17.7*14.4*16.4cm) please help

Large complex cyst with septation and calcification with enhancement in the walls along with nodules From the description looks like Bosniak type 4 cyst Increased risk of malignancy more than 70-90% I will advise you to go for radical nephrectomy surgery after going for HRCT
