Common cold
My son is having cough n cold since 6 days.
I am giving maxtra syrup.
Initialy few days he was having fever.
But that subsided after few days.
But today i saw he is having fever again and that is 6th day.
Can fever comes n goes like this??
Or something else i need to worry about??

Did you consulted pediatrician if no go and visit ,6 days fever is not good symptom.
