How long does a common cold last. I am suffering from dry cough cold sneezing without temprature. Since last 3 days. Dr said no need of any mefication. it will clear automatically. & covid test also negative Asked

common cold. lasts about 4--,,6 days it is viral.  Do steam inhilatin and garales you  take Tab, ,Dolo for body pains and take Tab Cetrazine for the cold Drink lots of Fluids. if not better after 4*5 days sees a doctor z

Yes, common cold is a self limiting disease viral in nature. If fever comes get covid test done again by rtpcr. Otherwise observe for 7days. If persisting consult doctor.
