Hello there are.some yellowish spots showing up on my some teeth it seems like discoloration is it deficiency of vitamins or because of my habit of taking hot tea plz suggest me some remedies

Dear practo user Teeth stain could be due to any reason, mainly food or other habits. Do get done scaling and polishing of your teeth.

don't use too much mouthwash, not more than 2 weeks.

Can give you a good suggestion by taking a look at it. If you can post a picture that would be great. Discolouration can probably be due to accumulation of calculus around the teeth which are yellowish deposits on the surfaces of teeth that are formed due to inadequate cleaning of the teeth or it could be stains that are either intrinsic or extrinsic.

if the cause of the discolouration is calculus or extrinsic stains then a regular dental cleaning is advised.
