COLOR CHANGE
My color of my front teeth start turning purple color from last 3 days can this be treated plz note i have not got any incident or trauma to this teeth what can be the other causes and will this be treated and can it spread to other teeths

Image and x ray both not clear. A digital x ray would be more helpful than IOPA. A very old trauma can also lead to such changes. Even a childhood trauma.

It can be due to internal resoption . U must b missing on some source of trauma .visit an endodontist , get tooth vitality done and then proceed for further .

Hello The pic is not very clear though it just seem to be yellow and a tooth cleaning is needed... As per the x-ray the roots appear to be small

If there is no trauma & pulp is vital there should not b any changes in color.. your teeth seems to b yellow in pic...xray showing thinning of tooth in occlusal reg.
Next Steps
visit Dentist for Pulp vitality taste & proper clinical examination.. yellowish discoloration can be treated by Bleaching
