Colloid nodule and cervical lymphadenop
Today i got usg neck done and it says Colloid nodule measuring 4*1 × 2.4 mm size in left lobe of thyroid and cervical lymphadenopathy ( multiple variables with largest measuring 10 * 3.1mm seen eat level II right side  and 11.2 * 3.9 mm at level II left side with preserved central fatty helium) I am facing ON AND OFF throat discomfort since many years...whats the best treatment...fed of taking antibiotics...

Both are different one is neck mass mostly thyroid needs thyroidectomy and other is infection needs antibiotics

Get done thyroid function test. betadine gargle for throat discomfort. antibiotics for cervical Lymphadenopathy.
