  4. Cold sore medication intake. Short span?

Cold sore medication intake
I took medication for cold sore on lips  on 15th February 2021.The tablet I took was Valacyclovir tables(Valtoval 1g).Dosage was 2 tablets per day for 2 days.Today on March 6th,I have again developed cold sores.So is it advisable to take these tablets again within a short span?
