Cold sneezing
Every day in the morning I have stuffy nose, mucus is there and got continuous sneezing. I feel like suffering from cold. In noon it got lessen, I feel better in noon till night, though little bit Sardi is still there. Then again in the morning sneezing and mucus inside nose.. How to get rid of it.

This is becoz of weather change.do not worry. Start doing :- anulom vilom and kapal bhati two yoga for 15 min daily in morning. Second apply mustered oil with your finger in both nostrils after bath or two times in a day. :-drink leukiwarm warm water :-do not eat rice ,maize roti,curd and milk :- take sitopladi churan  with honey two or 3 times in a day ( half small table spoon)( easily available at Ptanjli medical store.

It might be due to weather Keep your ears closed while sleeping Take steam in the morning Pour 2 drops of anutaila ,into nostrils,before food Take warm drinks in the morning like ginger tea
