Hello doc...am hvng cold since 3 days, continuous nasal flow and tonsils ....also hvng tiny ulcers in my mouth due to cold ....am hvng too much pain my nose,below my nose and mouth region ....kindly help me out for this ...thank u

Hi dear
For runny nose and cold try tab sinarest at night for 3 days.
But if u have issue with tonsils then u might need a course of antibiotics.
Please consult so I can know more about ur complaints and guide u better

More likely an upper respiratory tract infection..
U can start of antibiotics..
But prior to tat that can is see... tonsils...
