Early morning dizziness while going to school. vomitings after drinking of milk or any other breakfast before 10 am. Without any breakfast she is going to school . while sleeping some times cough is there.please advise me

The history points towards upper respiratory tract infection.
Seems like she has redness in throat and maybe enlarge tonsils.

Your girl most likely has chest congestion and that's the reason for vomiting and cough. U need to give her a mucolytic along with nebulisation for quick relief
