  4. Cold n cough n headache. Which test?

Cold n cough n headache
I am in delhi having cold n little cough, head is feeling heavy, temp 98.5 deg C. Sense of taste n smell was almost gone yesterday but coming back now. Taking azithromycin 500 with pentop D from last two n half day. Taking steam from last night n it helps helps. What should I do next ? Shall I get tested for Covid 19 n where? Which test ?
