Cold legs and feet
My legs and feet are always cold, while the rest of my body does not seem to have that much problem, I use thermal pants, thermal socks and also shoes when I sit in air conditioned office, but still my legs and feet get very cold, what is the problem with my body?

greetings i would suggest you to take amavat vati, khadiradi vati, 2 tablets both time a day. as well apply murrivenna tailam to hand and legs while you sleep. please apply warm murrivena tailam, do some massage of leg and hand.
